Meet our co-chairs

  • Tiffany Tate

    Tiffany Tate is a project manager at SNO Corp, a technology company specializing in software solutions for the commercial and public sectors. She is also the founder of the project management firm Tate.Alpha Total Economics and the networking app Highflier.

    She earned her bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and an Executive MBA from Wesleyan College.

  • Socates Cala

    Socrates Cala is the owner and executive manager of CALPRO Group, a full-service consulting and event management company specializing in trade shows, conferences, and large-scale special events.

    He earned his bachelor’s degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.  

  • Susan Shorters

    Susan Shorters is the president and CEO of High Impact Partners (HIP), a leadership development and technical assistance firm she founded in 2009.  

    Shorters currently serves on the advisory committee of Touch4Life, an organization designed to improve breast cancer outcomes.

    She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in business from Johns Hopkins University.

RFK Now! is an initiative of Opportunity DC, a coalition of residents, taxpayers, voters, employers, other advocacy organizations, and civic leaders, who all envision great possibilities for the District of Columbia at this unsettled moment. Together, we advocate for broadly supported policy solutions and commonsense leaders to move DC forward – for everyone.  Opportunity DC is a not-for-profit entity organized under Section 501c(4) of the Internal Revenue Code.
